STEP 1: APPLICATION
Completing an application will let us know more about what you are looking for professionally, like your preferred industry, the days and hours you want to work, pay scale, etc.
STEP 2: JOB MATCH
Our goal is a satisfied worker,
so if we don’t have a good match, we will talk to you, explain our options and create
a plan with you to keep
looking.
STEP 3: IN-PERSON
INTERVIEW
During our in-person interview, we’ll share the job description
& benefits, and prepare your profile. We will discuss your
job history, address any employment gaps, and review your resume or assist in
drafting one.
STEP 4: WE SHARE YOUR PROFILE WITH THE COMPANY
Once the company is interested in you, they will ask for an interview. We will prepare you by having a mock interview beforehand, and provide all the information you need to set you up for success!
STEP 5:
YOU GET HIRED
Once hired, we’ll help you fill out the paperwork!
