How it works:
Strategy Meeting
We do a deep-dive into your culture, work values and hiring requirements and develop a recruitment and placement strategy.
Candidate Assessment
We match your job requirements with our candidate database. Each candidate participates in a risk assessment and an
in-depth in person interview.

You receive a profile of the candidate’s qualifications. We assist in coordinating on-site interviews and help facilitate onboarding in preparation for the first day of work.
Our Retention Strategy:
Once our candidates are placed with you, our holistic support services kick into full gear.
Guide
Upon placement, each candidate receives a guide. The guide is an experienced business person who walks with them through the Corners Workforce Foundations, provides life coaching, helps eliminate obstacles and serves as their advocate.
Career Coach
After three months in their position, candidates can opt-in for a Career Coach to guide them in their career path and to provide access to career and vocational resources, training and certifications. Candidates are also encouraged to participate in monthly leadership workshops and industry nights.
Basic Needs
Each candidate has access to basic needs such as food assistance, affordable nutrition, clothing, and transporation.
